Frequently Asked Questions
What is the studio's schedule?
Studio hours are 10:30 am to 7:30 pm(Tuesday-Sunday). Studio Artist members also have access to early morning sessions upon arrangement.
What is the process for firing kilns?
Place your work in the designated area of the kiln and affix your tag. We run kilns weekly, and your items will be ready for collection generally within 14 days.
Can I cancel, or even pause my subscription?
Yes, absolutely. No long-term contract is required. You can cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date. Also, pause options are available.
Who is eligible to join Creative Hands Pottery Studio?
