Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a workshop with Creative Hands (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website https://creativehands.ae/, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our Website.

Booking & Payment

Reservation
Workshop bookings can be made through our website, social media platforms, or by contacting us directly.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.
Payment can be made through our secure online payment gateway or approved in-studio payment methods.

Confirmation
Your spot is confirmed only after full payment is received.
A booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation Policy

Once payment is made, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

For individual workshop sessions:

  • You may request to reschedule, subject to availability of the next suitable session.
  • Alternatively, you may request a credit voucher valid for 6 months from the date of issue, redeemable for any future workshop.

For group bookings, private workshops, or events:

  • Once payment is completed, the date and session are fully confirmed and reserved.
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Rescheduling may be considered only based on availability and must be coordinated in advance.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the booked workshop date.
  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on available workshop slots.

For changes made within 7 days of the session:

  • We will try our best to accommodate your request.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a credit voucher valid for 6 months may be issued at our discretion.

Attendance & Participation

Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your session.
Late arrivals may miss key instructions and may disrupt the workshop flow for other participants.

Participation
Participants are expected to:

  • Follow the instructions of our workshop facilitators
  • Use tools and equipment responsibly
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all

We reserve the right to deny continued participation if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.

Pick-Up Policy (For Pottery / Creative Pieces)

Collection Time
Finished pieces must be collected within 2 months from the workshop date.

Expiration
If pieces are not picked up within the 2-month, Creative Hands has the right to discard them.
We are not responsible for loss or damage once the pickup deadline has passed.

Acknowledgment & Disclaimer

By booking a workshop, participants acknowledge:

  • Creative processes involve natural variation and unpredictability.
  • Ceramic and craft items may experience changes, cracks, or breakage during drying and firing processes, which are often beyond our control.
  • Artwork requiring multiple steps (like kiln firing) may take up to 8 weeks to complete. If ready earlier, we will notify you.
  • Handmade items may shrink, change shape, or differ slightly from expectations.
  • Creative Hands is not liable for any damage, breakage, or material flaws occurring during the creation or firing process.

We ensure every effort is made to maintain the quality and integrity of your pieces throughout the process.

Safety

  • Participants must follow all safety guidelines during the workshop.
  • Creative Hands is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of tools or failure to follow instructions.
