Description
BIRTHDAY POTTERY EVENT TIMELINE:
- Children arrive (15 minutes) – The time is now to get settled and ready for some fun! entertainment!
- Pottery activities (1 one hour) – Pick your preferred activities (wheel pottery / hand-building pottery), and With our skilled instructor’s guidance, children create their personal masterpieces.
- Semi-drying and packing We will dry the pieces, then carefully pack them in a beautiful box.
- Cake cutting and meal time (45 minutes) – Time to have a cake and enjoy an amazing meal!
- Take-home box Following the party every child brings home a special box as a memento of their talents.
THE BEST PART:
The air dry clay can be soft, and simple to shape, and will harden on its own – there is no oven or kiln required! It’s ideal for children to mold and make their ideas come to life.
No firing is required! Kids can take their masterpieces home that same day, and finish painting them at their leisure. And, if you don’t want to use the goody bags and gift them their pots, which is an ideal gift!
The products made from dried air are NOT a food-safe product and should only be used to create decorative items.

Note For The Parents
- Cakes are allowed to be cut in the studio
- Outside food and drinks are permitted, provided they are within the time limit, but additional charges can be charged per hour.
- Cutlery and other food-service essentials are required to be taken out of your end.
- The studio will supply an electric knife and lighter to the cake, should it be required.
- We suggest arranging for pick-up and drop-off times for children taking part in the workshop.
- If any parent would like to remain during the class, please notify us beforehand.
- Pets are not permitted on our studios.
- Adults are requested not to disturb the area of work. They are however invited to take a seat at the table adjacent to the workstation to observe.
- Children and adults are allowed to use areas that are designated for them.

Terms and Conditions
- Clay Supply Participants will receive the equivalent of 600 grams clay in the workshop cost. This will be enough for the creation of small- to medium-sized pottery pieces.
- Additional Clay and other items that are required over 600 grams of the first batch will be charged at the current studio rates. The preparation of additional items costs per item, which includes tools, clay and firing.
- Duration of Workshops Each workshop runs for 1.5 hours. Participants are advised to arrive early to maximize the session.
- The cancellation policy is in effect once the payment is made and we have received it, we cannot give refunds.For one-off workshops you can reschedule the workshop dependent on the availability of slots. Alternately, you can ask for a credit card from the studio. This voucher is valid for a period of 6 months. It can be used to pay for any future reservation.For group bookings or events Once the payment has been completed, the booking is considered to be confirmed and block. There will be no refunds. Rescheduling is depending on availability and has to be coordinated prior to the time.
- Rescheduling Workshop participants can be able to request a rescheduling of the workshop with at minimum 7 days of notice. The scheduling of rescheduling is dependent on the availability, based on Studio’s calendar.For changes that are short-notice (less that 7 calendar days) be aware that rescheduling can’t be guarantee but is possible dependent on the availability of slots or through the issue of a six-month credit voucher.
- Specific Design Requests: If participants have particular designs they want to design that require more advanced techniques, a different day must be planned. All of our workshops are specifically designed to beginners and teaching advanced techniques requires a lot of attention and time, which makes it difficult to integrate into our regular sessions.
- Acceptance of Terms by registration for the workshop participants acknowledge they have accepted and read the terms of these conditions and guidelines.
